FlashPanel’s Google Drive Visibility feature allows domain administrators to view how documents created within the domain are shared, be it publicly, publicly with a link, externally, within the domain or within the domain with a link.

Is there a way to view which documents are being shared publicly?
Yes. To view which documents are being shared, go to FlashPanel’s “Drive” tab then select “Public” on the summary screen to view a list of publicly shared documents.
Can I modify sharing settings?
Yes, click the name of the publicly shared document and then select “Modify Current Sharing Settings.”
Where can I view audit logs for each document?
Simply select “Audit History” on the detailed document page to view the full history.
