A truly powerful feature, FlashPanel’s Auto-Compliance for Sharing Policies will take any documents that violate your policies, and immediately bring them back into compliance.
For example, if you do not allow sharing with the domain “gmail.com”, once FlashPanel recognizes a document shared with a gmail.com account, it will automatically remove that collaborator’s access.
We highly recommend first turning on sharing policies and letting those run for a couple of weeks, then fine tuning your policies after you better understand what should or should not be a violation, and finally turning on document owner notifications for a week or so before enabling auto-compliance on any of your sharing policies.
